Don Fuller

Charles Don Fuller, age 78, of Aliceville, AL died January 15, 2026 at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Panola with Bro. David Westmoreland officiating and Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will follow the service in Panola United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard O. Fuller and Novella Winfrey Fuller; sisters, Delores Fuller Trammel and Paulette Fuller Junkins and brothers, Delin Fuller and Rogers Fuller.
Survivors include his son, Wes Fuller and wife, Dina; brother, Larry Fuller of Keller, Texas; two grandchildren, Will and Ben Fuller and a number of nieces and nephews.
Don was born March 18, 1947 in Panola, Alabama. He was a proud Vietnam combat veteran serving in the United States Army where he received a Bronze Star medal. He retired from BNSF Railroad and also raised cattle and rolled hay for many years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and making memories with friends and family. While Don was able, he loved growing watermelons and giving them away to his friends.
Pallbearers will be Tony Fuller, Drew Fuller, Will Fuller, Ben Fuller, Mike Montgomery and Ronny Robertson.
Honorary Pallbearers are David Carpenter and David Mathis.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Pleasant Grove Cemetery Fund, P.O. Box 101, Panola, AL 35477 or to Gideons International Ministry, Pickens Co. Camp, P.O. Box 287, Carrollton, AL 35447.
