Don Terry Stone

Mr. Don Terry Stone, 71, passed away March 11,2025, he entered eternal rest at home in Bishopville. Terry was born on August 27, 1953 in Hanna Pamlico, Son of the late Ansel Cleo Stone and Dora Flowers Stone. He worked as a painter and loved carving wood, building bird houses, gardening, playing the guitar and going fishing. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend.

Don (Terry) Stone's memory will live on in the hearts of his son, Joey Lee Stone of Columbia, daughter Carrie Cameron McCall (Ronald) of Saint Augustine Florida, Granddaughter’s Janeen Percival, Hannah Stone, Alexis Stone (Austin Dean), Grandson Jason Percival. Great grandchild Emma Aria Dean. A very special lady, Bernice Flynn, that he thought of as a daughter and for her he will always be dad. Bother Harold Stone of Scranton, sister Leatha Stone McDaniel of Lake City and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife Nora Stone, bother Ansel Cleo (A.C) Stone and sister Mattie Lou Gause. Two sister- in- laws Daisy Stone and Ruth Ann Stone, bother- in-law William Lee McDaniel and Thomas Raleigh Gause.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held Friday March 21 at 1:00 pm at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home, Bishopville. A visitation will be following the service at the funeral home.
