Donald Glenn Ardery

Donald “Don” Glenn Ardery, 70, of Chambersburg, PA, formerly of Clearfield, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2025.

Born on December 11, 1954, in Clearfield, Don was the beloved husband of Pamela “Pam” Ardery. They had just celebrated 43 years of marriage on July 16. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Don’s greatest joy in life was his family.

He is survived by his daughter, Nicole Stover and her husband Jim of Clearfield, and his son, Brett Ardery and his wife Lynsey of Chambersburg. He was a proud and loving “Pa Pa” to five grandchildren: Lauren Owens and husband Zach, Logan Stover, Abby Ardery, Chasadie Kath, and Sawyer Ardery. He was also blessed with two great-grandsons, Clay and Callahan Owens.

Don is also survived by two sisters and two brothers. He was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Alice (Knepp) Ardery.

A skilled businessman and outdoorsman, Don was part-owner of Aeroteck and Outerwear and later retired from Keystone Outdoors LLC. He was passionate about fly fishing, archery, and hunting—hobbies that brought him peace and connection with nature.

He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Chambersburg and was deeply rooted in his faith.

In accordance with Don’s wishes, there will be no public services. A private family gathering will be held at a later date to honor his life and memory.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation or the American Heart Association, causes close to Don’s heart.
