Donald Ray Arnold, age 82 of Pinetop, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday October 1, 2025, at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY. He was born on March 11, 1943, in Covington, Kentucky to the late Ligy and Christine Tucker Arnold. He was the husband to Elva Adams Arnold. Donald proudly served in the United States Army.

Don is survived by his Wife: Elva Adams Arnold; Daughter: Lora Arnold Parks (Tracy); Sister: Wanda; Grandchildren: Adam Chase (Kellie) Jones, Timothy Michael (Amanda) Jones, Kelsie Rae Jacobs O'Daniel (Lucas), Luke Konnor Jacobs, Camryn Parks Smith (Tayton), Wil Parks; Great-Grandchildren: Gracie Carol Jones, Grayson Jones, Miles Jacob O'Daniel

Son at Heart: Adrian Nickles; A Host of Beloved Nieces, Nephews, Family & Special Friends

Don is preceded in passing by his Parents: Ligy and Christine Tucker Arnold; Daughter: Donna Carol Arnold Jones; Siblings: Paul, Eddie, Johnny, Betty, Bernice, Virginia, Sue Ann, Linda, Rose

The family will receive friends Friday October 3, 2025, from 6PM-9PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, KY with service at 7PM.

Funeral Services will be on Saturday October 4, 2025, at 11AM at the funeral home chapel with Roy Slone, Don Pratt and Corey Watson officiating. Burial will follow at the Carr fork Memorial Cemetery in LittCarr, KY. Don will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
