Donald "Tom" Arnold

Donald "Tom" Arnold, age 74, of Glenmont, Ohio passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 21, 2025 at Ohio's Hospice LifeCare, Wooster, Ohio surrounded by family, following a sudden illness.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, December 26th at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, Ohio. Burial will take place at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church Cemetery, Glenmont, Ohio. Tom was born October 21, 1951 in Mount Vernon, Ohio and was the son of Francis Joseph and Helen Bernadette (Smith) Arnold.

Tom was a graduate of West Holmes High School. He was a welder by trade and
worked many years at Flxible Company in Loudonville and later for RPI of Indiana in Holmesville. He also farmed with his Uncle Paul. Tom was a member of the SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Glenmont and was a former member of the Millersburg Eagles. He ate either breakfast or lunch daily at the Killbuck VFW and previously the Glenmont Tavern where he enjoyed the company of his friends. Tom loved farming, tractors, tractor pulls, race cars, the demolition derby, animals, and he enjoyed watching old western movies.

Tom was a gentle soul who loved all, sported the most identifiable grin, and will be missed by so many!

He is survived by three siblings: Anne Kochera of Lakeville, Joan Gray of Glenmont and Gene (Faye) Arnold of Ashland; a sister-in-law, Marilee Arnold, a brother-in-law: Charles Miller; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings: Marie Doretich, Larry Arnold, Julia Miller, and Dick Arnold; and brothers-in-law: Andrew Kochera and Larry Gray.
