Donald Lee Coffey, 66, of Louisville, passed away Sunday August 10, 2025 at his home in Louisville. He was born in Louisville to Henderson and Ella Dean Lewis Coffey. He was a self employed truck driver. Donald loved to keep up with Nascar and the U of K Wildcats. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Joseph Powell, and two brothers, Richard "Butter" Bloyd and Larry Coffey. He is survived by his loving wife, Kay Lynn Griffith Coffey of Louisville, KY. four sons, Donald (Rebecca) Coffey, Jr. of Louisville, KY, Brandon (Priscilla) Coffey of Louisville, KY, Andrew Coffey of Louisville, KY, Christopher Murphy of Louisville, KY, one sister, Lorena Coffey Uribe of Louisville, KY, one brother, James Bloyd of Louisville, KY, 16 grandchildren, including, Savannah and Taylor Powell, and 4 great grandchildren.
