Donald E. Fouse, 96, of Allegheny Township, passed away on Monday, September 8, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Born January 21, 1929 in Hyde Park, he was the son of the late Elmer Charles & Genevieve Hatti (Held) Fouse.
Donald attended Leechburg High School, and worked as a dispatcher for ATI Steel Corp- West Leechburg for over 43 years, retiring in 1994. He was a member of Pine Run Community Church.
Donald enjoyed archery hunting, fishing, spending time at camp, dowsing for gold, and spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Fouse; infant son. Robert "Bobby" Fouse; daughter, Deborah Fouse; grandsons, Kenneth (Chip) Fouse Jr., Stephen Fouse; sisters, Ruth Sanford, Genevieve Yonek; brothers, Robert Fouse, Richard Fouse, Rodney Fouse, and Kenneth Fouse; and son-in-law, Bruce Walker.
Donald is survived by his children, Darlene J. (Mike Joseph) Walker, Kenneth E. (Patricia) Fouse of East Vandergrift, Rodney (Jane) Fouse of Vandergrift; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the Curran-Shaffer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 100 Owens View Ave., Apollo, on Friday, September 12, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Josh Strunk officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Donald's memory to The Community Church of Pine Run EMC 190 Pine Run Church Rd, Apollo, PA 15641.
