Dr. Donald P. Fowler, Jr., of Ringgold passed away Thursday, August 21, 2025. Don was born in Louisville, KY on November 4th, 1955 to the late Donald Sr. and Barbara Jean Gribbins Fowler. He was a resident of the North Georgia/ Tennessee area since the 1980's. Don lived a life of unwavering faith, guided by the teachings of Christ, marked by love, humility, and steadfast devotion. He graduated from Tennessee Temple and Convington Theological Seminary and holds a PhD in Theology. Don served his country in the United States Air Force. He worked as an accountant for many years with Erlanger Hospital. His hobbies included reading, golf, and bowling. Don loved traveling to see his grandkids and studying about God.

Survivors include his son, Matthew (Rachel) Fowler; grandchildren, Edie and Addie Fowler; brothers, Mike and Kevin Fowler.

Funeral services will be 11:30 AM, Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Danny Pinter officiating. Interment will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
