Donald Ray Frazier Jr. was born August 19, 1982, in Toledo, Ohio to Donald Ray Frazier Sr. and Precious Ann Frazier (Kimbrough). He transitioned on April 3, 2025, at Ebeid Hospice Center of Northwest of Ohio. He served in the United States Air Force as an Instrument and Flight Controls Journeyman for over four years. In this position, he performed avionics maintenance and general aircraft servicing and handling. He was recently employed by CSX Transportation as a Connector for over ten years.
Ray was a man whose quiet strength and gentle nature touched the lives of all who knew him. He passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and resilience.
He cherished time with his family and found great comfort in their presence. His strength was not just physical but also emotional, offering support and guidance when it was needed most. His calm demeanor and caring heart left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered. An avid fitness enthusiast, Ray enjoyed working out and maintaining his health. His discipline and dedication to his well-being were evident in all aspects of his life.
Though he was a man of few words, Ray's actions spoke volumes. He will be remembered for his gentle spirit and his love for his family. He leaves behind a void that will be felt deeply, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know him. Ray's family is grateful for the time they shared with him and the memories they will hold forever.
Ray was preceded in death by his grandparents: John Frazier, Dallas Green Sr, Everlean Green, uncle Willie Frazier and aunt Princess Boles.
Those left to forever cherish his memory are his sons, Justin and Jeremiah Frazier, parents Donald Sr. (Sherri) Frazier and Precious (Bobby) Kimbrough, siblings LaTaya, Cameron and Olivia. Step siblings, Reggie, Randi, Brandi, Bobby H., and Michael; grandmother, "Little Mama" Earlene Frazier; a host of aunts, uncles, one niece, five nephews, and cousins, along with extended family and friends.
Ray's Life Celebration will be Friday April 11, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Urbanski Funeral Home a Life Celebration Home, 5055 Secor Rd. Toledo, Ohio 43623 where his funeral service will begin at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home with Dr. Lisa Chavers presiding. Interment will follow in Fort Meigs Union Cemetery, Perrysburg, Ohio.
Ray's family would like to give special thanks to the nurses and staff of Hospice of Northwest Ohio Ebeid Center for their wonderful care and compassion.
