Donald Jacobsen Obituary
Donald dedicated many years to the Walworth County Highway Department, where his knack for mechanics and problem-solving benefited many projects and colleagues. Outside of work, he was passionate about fishing and tinkering with anything mechanical, always eager to figure out how things worked and how they could be improved.
His love for his family and friends was evident in the time he cherished spending with them. Donalds presence brought a unique joy and wisdom to his family, who will miss him dearly.
He is survived by his sister Jeanette Johnson; his sons, Daniel (Maria) Jacobsen and Dean Jacobsen; daughter, Elizabeth Bogle; and grandchildren, Michael, Mitchell, and Kodi Bogle. Donald was preceded in death by his sisters, Elizabeth Zukowski, Mary Jane Bromeland, and Nancy Schmeiden; brother, Walter Jacobsen; and son, James Jacobsen.
In honoring Donald's wishes, the family will be having a private celebration of life.
