Donald Gregg Layton, born on August 12, 1962, in Teague, Texas, passed away peacefully of natural causes on October 9, 2025, at the age of 63. He is survived by his beloved daughter, Alexandera Ralston; son, Kory Layton; mother, Sadie Layton; and brother, Mark Layton. Gregg's departure leaves a profound void in the lives of those who knew and loved him.
Gregg enjoyed a long and successful career as a business consultant where his expertise and dedication were valued. Outside of work, he had a deep passion for classic cars and was an avid fan of rock and roll and blues music. He cherished spending time with his beautiful family, creating countless memories that will be fondly remembered by his loved ones. Gregg will be remembered for his strong spirit, caring nature, and devotion to his family. His legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched.
A memorial service in honor of Donald Gregg Layton will be held at Sunnyvale First Baptist Church on Monday, October 13, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Friends and family are invited to gather together to celebrate his life and the lasting impact he made on all who knew him.
