Donald Scott Patrick

Donald Scott Patrick, 57 of West Terre Haute, passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2026 in The Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care. He was born in Terre Haute on December 11, 1968 to Donald Delmar Patrick and Rebecca Ann Hogue Patrick,

Scott worked as a truck driver and enjoyed working on anything with a motor and also enjoyed shooting guns.

Scott is survived by his two children, Curtis Patrick (Alexa) and Michelle Faulkner (Lake), as well as a grandson, Landon Faulkner. He is also survived by his siblings; Delmar Patrick (Cris), Jane Patrick, John Patrick (Judy), Michael Patrick, and Donna Patrick Worman (Rance Phillips), as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Bill Patrick.

Funeral services will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN on Wednesday, February 25, 2025 at 2:00 PM, with Rev. Connor Morton officiating. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday from 12 Noon – 2:00 PM in the funeral home. In keeping with his wishes, cremation will follow services. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Riley Children’s Hospital, in Scott’s memory.
