All that knew Don will remember him for his love of Jimmy Buffett music, FSU sports, and St. George Island. He enjoyed playing softball and touch football until his knees and collarbone relented.
Don attended Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Tallahassee and was a member of The Florida Bar.
Survivors include his wife of over 30 years, Marilyn Zawada Rett; children Donald Anthoney Rett (Laura); Jennifer T. Rett; Jonathan M.
