Donald Schoeck Obituary

Donald F. Schoeck, 69, of Syracuse, peacefully passed away on Friday after a long struggle with Parkinsons. He was a native and life resident of Syracuse. Donald attended OCC, Lemoyne and Syracuse University and received a master's degree from Oswego State. He was later employed by Anaren Corp. as a Calibration Technician. Donald enjoyed hiking, nature, camping, collecting artwork, music and singing in the church choir. He is survived by his three daughters, Amanda Schoeck, Emilie Schoeck and Libby (Matthew) Schoeck; his brother, Frederick (Doreen) Schoeck; his two sisters, Pauline (Michael) DeMartino and Irene Woolson; his three grandchildren, Adriel Schoeck, Raena Schoeck, Camilla Schoeck; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Friday from 11 am to 1pm at the Carter Funeral Home, Inc. 1604 Grant Blvd. Syracuse with a service to follow at 1 pm. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
