Donald Dean Steck, 85, husband of the late Patricia Ann Steck, died Wednesday, June 12, 2024.
Dean was the son of the late Leonard and Louise O'Neil Steck.
A native and life-long resident of Bradford, PA, Dean worked over 30 years for the Kendall/Witco Oil Refinery and was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
Dean loved participating in and watching all sports, but especially rooting for the Buffalo Bills. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing with friends.
Left to cherish his memory are two daughters, Cindy Mobley and husband, Arthur, and Tricia Rodebaugh and fiance, Evan Kantor: three grandchildren, Trina Storm and her husband, Adam, Robert Rodebaugh and wife, Kristyn, and Joshua Rodebaugh; four great-grandchildren, Parker Storm, Emma Storm, Lucas Rodebaugh, and Grace Rodebaugh; sister, Shirley McManigle; sister-in-law, Jane Rouse and husband, Roger; as well as many extended family members.
In addition to his parents and loving wife, he was preceded in death by sister, Marion Steinhauser; sister, Alice Bizzaro; sister, Ellen "Red" Keller; sister, Norma Steck; brother, Thomas Steck; brother, Richard Steck; brother, Bruce Steck; sister, Mary Lou Hall; brother, Wayne Steck; brother, Rodney "Herk" Steck; sister, Donna Roeder; and brother, James Steck.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place later this summer in Dean's hometown of Bradford, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
