Our pillar of strength and support, Donald Szymczak passed away on Monday, March 3, 2025. He was 84 years old. Don was born on March 16, 1940, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late John and Sylvia (nee Beran) Szymczak. He was the cherished and beloved husband of the late Anna May (nee Kuhel) Szymczak. They were married for 61 years, a beautiful, true love story. He was the glue for his beloved children, Don, Jr. (Ann, and the late Debbie), David (Kelly), John (Gloria), Richard (Carol), Kenneth (Sue), Ann Marie (Rob), and Larry (Amie). In addition, he leaves behind 21 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. He was the dearest brother of MaryAnn.
Family and friends are welcome on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., at St. Ignatius of Antioch Church 10205 Lorain Ave. Cleveland, OH 44111, where a Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
