Donald Ray Vick, 89, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 2. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 15 at 1:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Rocky Mount.
Donald served honorably in the United States Air Force during the Korean War as a jet mechanic. He served his community as the owner of Southern Office Supply for many years. He was also a faithful member of the Rocky Mount Shriners for fifty-eight years.
Donald is survived by his loving wife of over fifty years, Emma Jean Vick; daughter, Deborah Outlaw and a son; grandchildren, Kane Outlaw and McKenzie Fulford and two others; great-grandchildren, Matt, Will, Kara Lee, Kane Outlaw, Jr., Hannah, Braxton, and Ivy; and many nieces and nephews.
Donald was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters; and his parents, Carl and Lena Denson Vick.
