Donald was a graduate of Whiteville High School and continued his education in law. He went on to have a successful career as a lawyer for 42 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife; Deborah Enzor Viets of Whiteville and a son; Donald Andrew Viets (Anyela) of Simpsonville, SC.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 28,2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, Whiteville with Rev.-Dr. Joe D. Washburn officiating.
The Family will receive friends in the fellowship hall following the service.
Donations may be made to the Lower Cape Fear Angel House, 206 Warrior Trial, Whiteville, NC 28472 or a charity of your choice.
McKenzie Mortuary, 112 Jefferson St., Whiteville, NC is serving the Viets family.
