Donald Webb, age 95, of Upland, Indiana, died December 5, 2025, at Heritage Pointe in Warren, IN. He was born March 28, 1930, in Harrison County, MO, the son of Hobart and Lucile (Hefley) Webb.
He married Marion Mathes of Eagleville, MO on May 21, 1950. They were married nearly 74 years before her death on January 17, 2024. They had four children: Allen, John, Kelsie and Kayla.
Donald and Marion farmed for five years in Harrison County, Missouri before they moved to Kansas City, MO. Ten years later Don got his National Board certificate to be a Boiler and Machinery inspector. His work moved his family to several states, and although he travelled almost a million miles during the next 30 years, his children remember him as being involved in their lives and being a wonderful Daddy. He retired in 1995. Don was great at fixing things and was always using this talent to help people.
Don received Jesus into his life in 1967 and endeavored to live his life to honor Him. He and Marion were deaf interpreters for many years at El Vista Baptist Church, Peoria, IL and loved to tell folks about Jesus. In later years, he was a member of the Upland Community Church and the Upland Lion's Club. He could often be found working on lawn mowers in his garage, the door open to anyone who stopped by. He knew no strangers and his smile and curiosity about everything was an engaging aspect of his personality.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marion, his parents (Hobart & Lucile), a son (Allen), four sisters (Geraldine, Allene, Alleta, & Anna Leigh), and a brother (Erman).
He is survived by a son, John Webb (Marchelle) of Merrillville, IN, two daughters, Kelsie Rodman (Robert) of Upland, IN, Kayla Meyers (Ron) of Westville, IN, one daughter in law, (Susan Webb) of Minneapolis, MN, and one sister (Jean Roland) of Springfield, MO. He leaves 11 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

Don and Marion Webb were just a wonderful couple who blessed whichever church they served in. We were thrilled to have them in our church for 16 years. They were both faithful servants, ready, willing and able. We're so glad they have been reunited together again with our Lord. We look forward to catching up with both of them again. Their testimony for Christ was precious.
Our lives have been enriched because of them both. Mark & Theresa Smith
