The family received friends Wednesday evening, February 18, 2026, from 6 - 8 p.m. at Joyner's Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.
David is survived by his daughter, Melissa Batts and husband, Ben; grandsons, Lewis Batts and Ryan Batts; sister, Mary Sue Horne and husband, Bennie Ray, brothers, Randy Webb, and Ronnie Webb and wife, Debbie.
He was preceded in death by his wife over forty years, Louise Webb; parents, John Wesley and Roxie Pate Webb; sisters, Dorothy Brown, Peggy Wheeler, and Linda Farmer, and his brothers, John Alvin Webb, Donnie Webb, and James "J.W." Wesley Webb.
In lieu of flowers, consider memorials to Bakers Chapel, PO Box 845, Pine Level, North Carolina 27568
