Donald Ray Windsor, 66 years old, passed away on Friday February 13, 2026, at Hospice of the Chesapeake, Pasadena, MD from lung cancer.

Donald was born on May 17, 1959 in Cheverly, MD to the late William Samuel and Lillian May Windsor. He was preceded in death by his brother Wayne Windsor, married to Rita Windsor.

Donald is survived by his two daughters Christy Sipe and Jessica (Jessie) Windsor, son-in-law Frank Sipe, brother Tommy Windsor, Sr., sister Judy Henry, and his only grandson William Sipe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Donald's main career was a mechanic working on cars and trucks at Brandywine Auto Parts. He has a heart of gold and loved to help anyone in need. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, watching western movies, playing cards, the lottery, farming, and spending time with family and friends. His favorite quote was "I'm Donald Duck and I don't give a Quack". His proudest moments were his two daughters and grandson. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
