Donald Workman Obituary
Mr. Donald Lee Workman, age 85 of Rutherford, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at Alive Hospice Nashville. Funeral services for Mr. Workman will be conducted on Friday, November 17, 2023, at 1PM in the Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Rutherford Cemetery.
He was born November 1, 1938, in Rutherford, TN; the son of the late Edward Ward & Hazel Maurine (Davidson) Workman. He retired from Kellwood and was a member of Rutherford Church of Christ. He served his country with the US Army National Guard.
Donald is survived by his wife, Betty Workman; two children, Lee Workman (Daphne), Joey Workman (Heather); and four grandchildren, Carlee Smith (Whitson), Carrie Beth Cahoon (Chris), Ryan Workman, and Sofie Workman. He was preceded in death by his brother, Eddie Wade Workman.
The family will receive friends from 11AM-1PM on Friday, November 17, 2023, at the Rutherford chapel. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mr. Donald Lee Workman.
