Donata Jean Rahne

Donata J. Rahne (nee Bugay), 78, passed away peacefully at Holy Family Hospice on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. Beloved wife of Charles; Cherished mother of the late Charles Rahne, Renata Saranillo (Antonio) and Sarah Rahne; Loving grandmother of Nina, Maya, Lily and Ethan; Daughter of the late Dorothy and the late Stephen; Sister of Donna Molner (the late Larry) and Steve Bugay (the late Stella); Special friend of Katie Haroff; Aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Donata graduated from Notre Dame College in 1969 with a degree in art education. She was an excellent artist and taught art at St. Bartholomew, St. Thomas More and Incarnate Word schools. She also taught art classes to seniors at the Donna Smallwood Center in Parma. Donata was a member of the Parma Area Fine Arts Council and Greenbriar Art League for many years. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
