Mrs. Donna Kay Alvis, age 73, of Hendersonville, TN and formerly of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023. She was born on September 3, 1950 to the late Joseph Franklin and Alice Marie Fitz Wilson in Terre Haute, IN.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at Veteran Foreign War Hall in Hendersonville at 12p.m. with Father Jeff Jones officiating.
Visitation with friends and family will be from 10 a.m. until service time at 12 p.m. on November 7, 2023 and the Veteran Foreign War Hall in Hendersonville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Ann Edwards; brother, Eddie (Sarah) Wilson; and brother-in-law, Edward Holstine.
She is survived by her beloved husband, David Patrick Alvis; her children, Stacy Alvis Owen, Chadwick David Alvis, Zachary Ryan Alvis and Shea Michael Alvis; her grandchildren, Austin Joseph Dundee, Jocy Marie Owen, Joshua Lee Owen, Jr, Landen Evan Davidson, Jackson Chadwick, McKenna Katherine, Maxwell Ryan and Olivia Aileen Alvis; her great-grandchildren, Delilah Lace, Joseph Kash and Autumn Jolene; her siblings, Mary Holstine, and Jody (Carolyn) Wilson; and her daughters-in-law, Jenelle Alvis and Jordan Alvis.
