Donna L. Andrini

Donna Andrini (Thorley), born on December 1, 1946, in Lacolle, Quebec, Canada, passed away peacefully on June 24, 2025, in Storrs, Connecticut. She was 78 years old.
Donna made a lasting impact through her work at Interval House, where she served as an advocate for women experiencing domestic violence. Her commitment to helping others spanned many years until her retirement in 2014.
She is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Alana Spencer and her husband Frank, and Robin Apinis and her husband Ronald. Donna also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Brandon Basset and his wife Liz, Jason Apinis, and Evan Apinis with his girlfriend Lauren Hess. She is also survived by her brothers Kevin Cookman and Kirby Cookman.
Donna was predeceased by her parents, Bruce and Valeda Cookman.
Services will be private at a later date.
