Donna K. Arafat

Donna K. Black-Arafat went to her heavenly home on February 11, 2022. She was the daughter of Donald and Kaye Black, born on July 31, 1961 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. She attended Weatherford High School and graduated in the Class of 1979. She accepted the invitation of the Lord at the Weatherford Church of Christ at a young age. She attended Southwestern University in Weatherford and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. Professionally, she led dialysis centers and helped others dealing with life threatening illnesses.
Donna K. was preceded in death by her father, Donald Black, and her daughter, Amanda Warren. Those she leaves to mourn her passing, husband Bassem Arafat of Oklahoma City, her mother, Kaye Black of Kingfisher, and a brother, Vance Black (Pam) of Edmond. She also leaves sons, Robert Black (Ginger) of Marlow, Christopher Black ( Sheri) of Okarche, and Amar Arafat (Kindal) of Oklahoma City, and daughter, Cassandra Rodriguez (Robert) of Moore, ten grandchildren, and family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all.
