Born May 1, 1958, in Homestead, Pennsylvania, Donna made her home in Mentor for the past 30 years.
Donna was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who found her greatest joy in her family. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, caring for her flower gardens, cooking family dinners, especially her homemade pizzas, and going antiquing. She also cherished the memory of her chocolate labs, Dutch and Duke.
She was the beloved mother of Erin (Chris) Basile, Kelly (Jeff) Kwasniewski, Kimberly (Aries) Crossley, and Jeana (Cory) Basile; cherished grandmother of Ally, Cameron, Kaitlyn, and Douglas; loving sister of Barbara Cutler; and dear aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Donna was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 45 years, Joseph Basile; her parents, Francis and Dorothy (nee Paugh) Liposky; and her brother, Joel Liposky.
Services will be private. Arrangements are entrusted to McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Homes in Willoughby and Mentor.
