Donna Berwick, 70, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 20, 2024, at Eldora Nursing and Rehab Center.
Donna's family will have a private Celebration of Life and then she will be interred at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Willimantic, Connecticut.
Donna Lee Berwick was born on August 23, 1954 to Tom and Edna (Norman) Berwick. She lived in Connecticut most of her life with a short time in Florida where she graduated from Leto High School in Tampa. She enlisted in the Marines and proudly served her country after high school and then moved back to Ct. where she became a manager at Mcdonalds and met her life partner. She started a family with him shortly after. She attended college at Eastern Connecticut State University and obtained her associates and made her career in drug and alcohol counseling as well as driving a cab.
Donna had an artistic side and enjoyed painting ceramics and coloring. She also had a collection of beanie babies and fedora hats. Donna was friendly to anyone she met, and cherished time spent, and memories made with her children and grandchildren.
She will be deeply missed by her children, Adelia (Peter) Cloutier, and Nick Krause; grandchildren, Daimon Cloutier, Kaitlynne Cloutier, Dakota Cloutier, Casey Avery, Robert N Krause Jr., Cassandra Marie Frankiewicz, Caleb Andrew Nicholas Krause, Virginia Juliana Rose O'Neill, Makenzie Rose O'Neill, Issac Walter Mitchell Krause, Emma Alexis Krause, and Emily Grace Krause; great-grandchild, Dante Avery; siblings, Diane Hillman, Debbie Muldoon, Darlene Hoffman, Tom Berwick, John Berwick, Bobby Berwick, Billy Berwick, Todd Berwick, and Jimmy Berwick; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Edna Berwick, her son, Wally Monard and her life partner, Robert Krause.
