Donna Bica, a loving wife, devoted mother, and cherished grandmother, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family at her home in Fitchburg on Saturday, November 8th, 2025.
Donna was born and raised in Winchendon, MA. After graduating from high school, she attended Henry Hayward School of Nursing and later entered a career in banking. She was employed at Winchendon Savings Bank, Milford Co-op, IC Federal Credit Union, and Hillsborough Bank and Trust.
Donna was a devoted sports mom; she loved bringing her sons to hockey and baseball games. She also enjoyed attending her grandchildren's sporting events.
During retirement, Donna enjoyed golfing, traveling, cooking, and sharing a fine glass of wine with family and friends.
Donna was the beloved wife of John “Jack” Bica, with whom she shared a lifetime of love and companionship of 61 years. Together, they built a beautiful family that was always the center of her world. She was the proud and devoted mother of John Jr. and his wife, Karen of New Ipswich, NH, and Thomas of Fitchburg, MA. She was also the adoring grandmother of Matthew, Alyssa, and Sarah, each of whom brought her endless joy. Donna was also the dear sister of Ann Webber and brother, Terrence Webber, with his wife Cynthia. She is also survived by her many loving uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews.
Please join us in a Celebration of Donna's Life at Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd, Fitchburg, MA. Calling hours will be held on November 22, 2025, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, with the service starting at 10:00 am. Burial will be private at a later date.
