Donna Kay Boulware
McIntosh - Donna Kay Boulware, 78, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2022 a home surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Panama City to Charles and Hazel Brackett.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband of 44 years, William Boulware; her children, Kenneth R. Dunbar Jr. (Valecia), Karen Brown and William H. Boulware III; her grandchildren, Ricara L. Jackson, Logan Faulk (Jordy), Rikaleigh Omosheyin (Rotimi), Jordan Phelps (Austin), Nancy Johnson and Richard B. Johnson Jr.; her great-grandchildren, Nate, Landon, Jamiah, Nolan, Avery, and Nora; her loving siblings, Joseph Brackett (Cynthia), Deborah Brackett, David Bracket (Judith) and Domnique Brackett. Also her in-laws, John and Ann Boulware and June Boulware; and a host of other family members and friends.
A Celebration of life will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at the McIntosh United Methodist Church with Pastor Allen Bryan officiating and Pastor Jerry Philman delivering the eulogy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Marion County.
