Donna Lynn Brenner gracefully transitioned to heaven on February 2, 2024, at the age of 59. Born on April 27, 1964, in Houston, Texas, to Ed and Martha Brenner, Donna cherished a life in Conroe, surrounded by family and dear friends. She was a proud Conroe High School graduate from the Class of 1982.
Married to Darrell Imhoff in 1986, Donna embraced the joys of motherhood when her precious daughter, Annie Lynn, arrived in 1988. Despite facing the challenges of single parenthood, Donna found strength with the support of her sister Laura. Annie Lynn became her pride and joy, and the arrival of grandbabies in 2010 and 2013 brought immeasurable happiness.
Donna's love for life and family was boundless. Raised in a military family, she valued the simple act of being together. From Houston and MOCO barbecues to FFA in high school, Donna infused joy into every moment. She loved to dance, sing, tend to her plants, and had a special affection for her cat, unicorns, elephants and gnomes. Donna's infectious smile and laughter lit up any room, leaving a lasting impact on all she encountered.
Known as Donna Pynn and Dondo, she lived a life filled with humor, kindness, and deep love. Preceded in death by her parents, stepmother PK, siblings Eddie, Laura, and Mike, Donna is survived by her daughter Annie McQueeney, husband Matt, grandchildren Payson and Bailee, sister-in-laws Denise and Renee, brother-in-law John, nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
The family will be receiving friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at Eickenhorst Funeral Services, 1712 N Frazier St #115, Conroe, TX 77301. A private service will follow at a later date. Annie, the Brenner family, and all who shared their thoughts, prayers, and support during these difficult days are deeply appreciated.
Rest peacefully, Donna; your love and laughter will be missed, but your spirit lives on in our hearts.
"I will give you strength when you think you can't go on. I will give you joy when you feel discouraged. I will make a way when it looks possible." - Donna Brenner
