Donna Marie Brown

Donna Marie O'Reilly Brown passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on March 7th, 2023, in her home. Donna was born in Louisville, KY on October 12, 1957. She is survived by her loving husband, J. Stephen Brown, and their two children, Patrick Brown (Abby) and Laura Wicke (Craig), as well as two beautiful grandchildren, Brian and Diana Wicke. She is also survived by sisters Catherine Logue (Gary), Sharon O'Reilly, and Nancy Donahue (Billy). She is preceded in death by her parents, Jack O'Reilly and Agnes Auter O'Reilly, and baby sister Margaret "Peggy" O'Reilly.
Donna attended grade school at St. Athanasius, and was a graduate of Moore High School, class of 1975. Donna was a homemaker and social butterfly, enjoying her time with family and friends. She also enjoyed her career in the beauty industry, and was a graduate of The School of Hair Design as a Manicurist.
Donna's family is hosting visitation Friday evening, March 10th, from 4-8 pm at Owen Funeral Home in Jeffersontown. A prayer service will be held at 7 pm. There will be a short burial service at 11am on Saturday morning in the chapel at Calvary Cemetery.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations in her name to the Kentucky Humane Society.
