Donna Y. Brunk

Donna Y. Brunk, 90, of Sellersville, PA; formerly of Bradenton, FL passed away on Friday, August 25, 2023 at The Community at Rockhill.
She was the loving wife of the late David Christian Brunk for 59 years. Donna was born in Newport News, VA to the late Clark Yoder and the late Sylvia (Sommers) Yoder.
She was a homemaker for 58 years. Donna was a member of Bayshore Mennonite Church in Sarasota, FL. She taught Sunday school, Bible school and her own adult class.
Donna loved connecting with her family and friends and spending time with them. She enjoyed traveling with her husband Dave, and in the early years, with their two daughters. They enjoyed visiting many people and places across the country in their travel trailer. One of her favorite pastimes was spending time in the pool, a hobby which lasted around 30 years.
She had a wonderful sense of humor, was very thoughtful, kind and warm-hearted. Donna was also very caring, supportive and a good listener, to anyone in need.
Donna is survived by her two daughters, Regina Rutt & husband, Robert of Blooming Glen, PA and Paulette Brunk & fiancé, Peter Lipke of New York, NY; her two grandchildren, Brittany Rutt of Norristown, PA and Cameron Rutt of Memphis, TN; her great-grandson, Zaine Smith of Norristown, PA; her two sisters, Katherine Weyh & husband, Rusty of Franklin, NC and her sister, Joyce Anders & husband, Larry of Souderton, PA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband David, she was preceded in death by her grandson Tyler Rutt; her sister, Helen Brubaker; and her brother-in-law, Lowell Brubaker.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at The Community at Rockhill, 3250 State Road, Sellersville, PA 18960 from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm, followed by a celebration of life service at 3:00 pm.
Burial will take place at Manasota Memorial Park in Bradenton, FL.
