Donna June Eppright

1942 - 2023

Donna June Eppright, 80, of Centerview, Missouri, passed away Saturday, March 11, 2023, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
Donna was born November 1, 1942, in Warrensburg, Missouri, the daughter of Pete and Pearl (Lehnert) Houx. She attended Centerview Elementary School and graduated from College High School in Warrensburg. She was united in marriage to Lawrence Lee Taylor on August 27, 1960, in Centerview. The couple would make their home in Centerview. Donna was employed with Unitog for 23 years and, later, Sprint for 14 years until retiring.
She was united in marriage to George William "Bill" Eppright on December 31, 1994, in Centerview. Being a farmwife brought Donna great joy and satisfaction in later years. She enjoyed tending to her flower gardens, mowing her yard, and traveling. She also enjoyed keeping a daily journal.
Survivors include her husband, Bill; stepdaughter: Christy Riecke (Keith) of Wentzville, MO; stepson: David Eppright (Stefanie) of Centerview, MO; daughter-in-law: Diana Taylor of Centerview, MO; seven grandchildren: Nicole Taylor, Jackson Riecke, Sam Riecke, Mayzie Eppright, Hunter, Maddox and Ryker; nine great-grandchildren and her special fur baby, "Rascall."
Donna was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Lawrence Taylor; her son: Timothy Taylor and her brother: Denny Houx.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Northside Christian Church in Warrensburg with Rev. Sid Tiller officiating. Interment will follow at Pisgah Cemetery, located north of Chilhowee.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service Thursday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be left to Show-Me Christian Youth Home in La Monte.
