Donna Jolley Grogan, of Roebuck, SC, widow of her husband of 54 years, Harold I. Grogan, passed away at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice House, on Friday, November 7, 2025 at the age of 84. She was born in Gaffney, SC on July 24, 1941 to the late M. B. and Josie Parris Jolley.
Donna graduated from Gaffney High School. She was the devoted secretary for Second Presbyterian Church for over 20 years before retiring. Donna was a faithful Christian and member of Roebuck Baptist Church, formerly a member of Beaver Hills Baptist Church.
She is survived by her beloved children, Harold “Hal” Grogan, Jr. of Roebuck and Debra McAbee of Inman; grandchildren, Dylan Grogan (Brandi), Logan McAbee, and Corbin McAbee; great-grandchildren, Kaiyden and Brandlyn Grogan; twin sister, Dodie Sturgill; sister, Sybil Griffiths; and was a favorite aunt of many nieces and nephews. Along with her parents and husband, she was predeceased by two siblings, Gordon Jolley and Anne Murdaugh.
Graveside services will be 1:00PM on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 in Heritage Memorial Gardens, conducted by Rev. Tim Williams and Dr. David Satterwhite.
The family would like to say a special thank you to the wonderful staff of Ashlan Village and Family Hospice of Greenville for their care of Donna.
