Donna Marie (Oberle) Hacker, 80, residing in Castalia, passed away Sunday, May 11, 2025 at home surrounded by her family.
Donna was born on May 18, 1944 in Sandusky, Ohio to the late Melvin J. and Rose (Maiani) Oberle.
Donna graduated from St. Mary's High School in 1962. Donna was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time with her family and she loved listening to music.
Donna is survived by her daughter, Michele (Todd) Riley; three sons, Matthew (Christine) Hacker, Jason (Eva) Hacker and Todd Hacker. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Ashley Jones, Courtney (Nick) Grine, Austin (Leah) Riley, Jude (Paige) Hacker, Joshua Hacker, Jager Hacker, Kyla Riley, Colton Hacker and Jenna Drinkwater; great-grandchildren, Anella Riley, Koen Hacker, Lia Gennari, and Palmer June Darnel; sister, Veronica Koffroth and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, Donna is preceded in death by brother-in-law, Dave Koffroth.
Friends may call on Thursday, May 15th, 2025 from 8:30 a.m. until time of Prayer Service at 9:30 a.m. at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m. at Holy Angels Catholic Church, 428 Tiffin Ave. Sandusky, Ohio with Father Chris Turner presiding. Entombment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Sandusky, Ohio.
