Donna J. Holden, 60, passed away on August 8, 2024. She was born on September 29, 1963 the daughter of James and Ima Jean Church of Brimfield, Ohio. She was a woman of faith and was a friend to all. Donna had many accomplishments but her greatest love was for her family. She always cherished her time with family. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her father James Church; and brother Danny Duncan.
Donna is survived by her loving family, mother Ima Jean Church; her husband of 23 years, Ron Holden; mother-in-law and loving friend Beverly Holden; children Carl (Shannon) Brown, Jennifer (Dan) Carter, and Jesse Holden; grandchildren Emery, Cameron, Sebastian, Nicholas, Andrew, Isabelle, Vada, Hazel, Amethyst, and Ray; great-granddaughter Scarlet; siblings Cynthia Kay Duncan, Connie (Jim) Early, and Barbara Clark; best friend Karen Burkett; good family friend Stephanie Ogle; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held Thursday, August 15th, from 11:00am to 12:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N. Canton Rd., Akron) where services will be held at 12:00pm.
Interment will take place at Restland Cemetery.
