JERSEY SHORE - Donna J. (Miller) Lambert, 87, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at Jersey Shore Skilled Nursing & Rehab.
She was married to the late Thomas E. Lambert, Sr. on November 16th, 1957 and they had celebrated 38 years of marriage until his death in 1996.
Donna was born on January 1, 1939 in Williamsport and was the daughter of the late Theodore A. and Beatrice June (Billhimer) Miller. She had worked at Insinger’s Personal Care Home and The Williamsport Home. She was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church in S. Williamsport and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were the center of her life.
Donna was the last surviving sibling of her family and was preceded in death by her three brothers; Ronnie, Teddy and Jimmy Miller, one sister; Patricia Phoenix, beloved husband; Thomas E. Lambert, Sr. and her cherished son; Ronnie Lee Lambert. Her surviving son; Thomas E. Lambert, Jr. and his wife, Jennie, of Montgomery, were her source of strength as they navigated life’s most difficult moments. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Roni Stroud (Jeffrey) of S. Williamsport, Heather Bingaman (Carson) of Middleburg and Thomas R. Lambert of Montgomery and great-grandsons; Zachary and Joshua Lynn and Patrick and Quinn Bingaman. Her family takes comfort in knowing that she is reunited with her beloved husband, cherished son and siblings.
In keeping with her wishes, services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Susquehanna Health Foundation/marked Home Care and Hospice, 1001 Grampian Blvd., Williamsport, PA 17701.
