Donna Louise McCracken passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at her home in Longview. She was surrounded by people that loved her deeply. They all miss her terribly but rejoice in knowing she is completely healed and in the presence of our Lord.

Donna was born on June 9, 1957, in Longview, Texas to Monroe and Jessie Luman. She attended Hallsville High School. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Hallsville where she served faithfully in the Teenagers ministry. Donna was known by many names; Mother, Sister, Friend but her favorite was Granny. Her most favorite things on earth were her 12 grandchildren. Halee, Lauren, Lane, Laikyn, Landon, Alyssa, Hunter, Cooper, Kristin, Johnny, Ava and Braxton. She created an amazing and unique bond with each of them.

In February 1992, she married the love of her life, Ronnie McCracken. From that day they built a home full of love and a life of family and friends. They enjoyed traveling and took many amazing trips. Camping was also a big part of their life where they made wonderful memories with grandkids and friends. The thing they loved doing most together was taking trips on his Harley Davidson. She quietly rode behind him reading a book the entire time.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents, husband and father-in-law, Johnny McCracken. Those left to cherish her memory are her children: Terri Smith and husband Chad, Beverly Ingalls and husband Jason, Krista Flanagan, Kasi Maddox, and Ronald McCracken and wife Candi; 12 grandchildren along with her two great granddaughters, Falon and Norah; Brother, Pete Luman, two nephews Christopher Luman and wife Whitney and Dustin Luman; and niece Madison Howell and husband Lucas. She also leaves behind lifelong friends, Caron and Rhonda.

Funeral services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at Woodland Hills Baptist Church at Mason Creek on FM 968, Longview. She will be laid to rest next to her husband, Ronnie, at the Hallsville Cemetery.
