Donna Newberry

Donna A. Newberry, 83, of McConnelsville, passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.

Donna was born on July 18, 1942, in Zanesville. She was the daughter of the late Ralph E. and Imogene (Barnes) DuVall.

Donna retired in 2025 after 47 years of dedicated service as a records clerk with the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office. She previously attended Malta United Methodist Church. Donna was an avid reader who especially enjoyed attending book signings. She was a member of the McConnelsville Eagles Aerie #2187 and loved traveling with her daughter, Karen, particularly going on cruises.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Joshua Camp; her sister, Elaine Bright; sister-in-law, Jane Blackburn; several nieces and nephews; and many friends from all over whom she met during her travels.

Donna was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ronald E. Newberry, who passed away on February 15, 2023; an infant grandson, Revan Camp, who passed away on November 16, 2004; and her brothers and sisters-in-law, Ralph “Ned” and Barbara DuVall, and David and Sue DuVall.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at Farus Funeral Home in Duncan Falls. A funeral service will follow at 5:00 p.m., with Pastor Lisa Jenkins officiating.
