Donna L. Philabaum

Donna Lea Philabaum, 79, beloved sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, died on May 20th, 2025. Born in Mattoon, IL, her family moved to Arizona when she was a child to alleviate her asthma. She resided in Scottsdale since 1970. She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Ray and Holly Baker; two daughters, Tracy Thomas and Kay Cash; three grandchildren, Halie Chavez, Trevor Thomas, and Bennett Chavez. Donna recently became a great-grandmother to Ryan Thomas. She is preceded in death by her beloved son, Brian Philabaum, in 2021. Donna retired from the City of Scottsdale in 2008 where she worked as a court services representative. She had a passion for antiques and a special love for collecting dolls. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
