Donna Marie (Sexton) Pruitt, 59 of Battle Creek MI, passed away after a brief illness on Nov 30,2024. She was born on January 29, 1965, the daughter of James Sexton and Ada (Betty Pearcy) Bundy. Donna graduated from Lakeview High School in 1983. Donna married Bryan Pruitt on October 11, 2016. She enjoyed visiting with friends, watching her Detroit Lions, occasional trips to the casino, and her fur babies. She spent most of her working life managing All American Pizzeria, retiring in 2017. Donna is survived by her sister, Cristina (Sexton) Morris; niece, Marlee Morris; nephew, Mitchell (Madalyn) Morris; great-nephew, Liam Morris; and a host of loving family members. Donna was preceded in death by grandparents, Bill & Ginny Barney, Sam & Margret Pearcy; parents James Sexton and Betty (Pearcy) Bundy; husband, Bryan Pruitt; sister, Rebecca Munn. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 9, 2024, at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home and Cremation Services. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Memorials may be given to Kairos Dwelling or the Humane Society of South Central MI. www.henryfuneralhome.org
