She was born October 8, 1951 in Bellburn, WV and was the daughter of the late Lawrence F. and Armada Pitsenbarger Hall.
Donna formerly worked at a convenience store and Appalachian Root and Herbs. She loved shopping and never met a stranger.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Barbara Bragg and her stepfather John Thomas.
Surviving Donna are her husband Wayne Pugh of Loops Road; sons, Russell Pugh of Loops Road and James Walter Reichard of Gillette, WY.; grandchildren, Tyler Reichard, Josh Reichard and Nathan Reichard; great grandchildren Remington Morris, Laken Reichard, Landon Reichard, Skylar Reichard and Audrey Reichard; sister, Drema Bennett of Crag.
Services will be held at a later date.
