Donna K. Schiavo

Donna K. Schiavo, 58, of Fredon, New Jersey, passed away recently after a long illness. She was deeply loved by her family and is survived by her mother, Bernice K. Schiavo; her brother, Anthony D. Schiavo, both of Fredon, New Jersey; her husband, Tom Beedle, of Middleboro, and many friends, and is predeceased by her father, Donald M. Schiavo.

Donna lived with integrity, choosing compassion over attention and authenticity over pretense. Those who knew her will remember her straightforward kindness, her wit, her loyalty, and her unshakeable sense of what mattered and what didn't. She had little patience for sentimentality, but she had a gift for seeing people clearly and meeting them exactly where they were.

She faced the last months of her long illness with a clarity and determination that reflected the way she lived-honest about difficulty, unwilling to pretend, and choosing her own path even when the choices were hard.

Visiting hours will be held for those who wish to come together and quietly honor the place she held in their lives on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at the Chapman Funeral Home in Bridgewater, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
