Donna L. Seamon, 86, of Harbor Springs went to be with her Lord on December 12, 2025. She is survived by her husband Richard with whom she lived and loved for 68 years.
She is survived by her 4 children, Peggy Seamon of Harbor Springs, Kenneth (Takemi) Seamon of Hawaii, Daniel (Vonda) Seamon of Harbor Springs, Julie (Joe) Kuchnicki of Brutus. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Kevin (Krista) Laughlin, Cathleen, Christopher, Kelsey, Elisabeth (Aaron) Dyogi and Sierra. Her great grandchildren Aria & Wyatt Laughlin were especially a great joy to her. She is also survived by her 3 nieces Dora (Rusty) Gage, Dana (Eric) Jones and Becca (Nathan) Tatroe.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Glen and Grace Sellers; her in-laws, Kenneth and Margaret Seamon; her brothers, Glen and Donnie Sellers; her sister-in-law, Wilda Sellers and her niece, Glenda Beth Sellers.
Her priorities in her life were her love for her family and her lord. She cherished her matriarch role very seriously and she was a lifelong member of Stutsmanville Chapel.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Hospice of Michigan. Ken, Dan and Julie would also like to thank their sister, Peggy Seamon, for her dedication and love to their Mom at the end of her life.
A celebration of life service will take place 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at the Stutsmanville Chapel in Harbor Springs. The family will visit with friends beginning at 10:00 AM. A luncheon will follow. The family will have a graveside ceremony in the spring. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Stutsmanville Chapel, 2988 S. State Road, Harbor Springs, Michigan 49740.
