Ms. Donna Sue Stevenson

Donna Sue Stevenson, 63, of Columbus, passed from this life at 9:46 a.m. Sunday, March 29, 2026 at Silver Oaks Health Campus.

Donna was born February 4, 1963, in Columbus, Indiana, the daughter of Robert and Patricia Todd Stevenson.

Ms. Stevenson worked at Dorell Juvenile Group for 17 years before retiring. She loved to crochet and looked forward to camping in the outdoors whenever she had the chance. She was a proud mother who loved her kids but especially enjoyed spoiling her grandbabies. Her two dogs, Baxter and Novalee were her "furbabies" that provided her constant companionship. Donna always seemed to have two of everything. Making jewelry was one of her favorite pastimes, however traveling to Australia and visiting Brown County to go horseback riding were exciting trips that she didn't miss. Her heritage and bloodline included Cherokee Indian and this proud fact was spoke about often. Donna will certainly be missed by her family and friends.

Survivors include her children, Amber Hall, Dustan Pedigo, Desiree Payne; eleven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brother, William (Donna Kay) Stevenson, all of Columbus; sister, Terry Waggoner of Greensburg; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.

In keeping with the family's request, cremation will take place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
