Donna T. Thomas, 80, peacefully went to be with her Lord and Savior, Saturday, September 6th, 2025.
Born in Rock Hill, South Carolina, on November 9th, 1944. Donna was the daughter of the late Howard H.L. Timmons and Betty Curtis Timmons.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her spouse, Luther Ray Thomas ,brothers Michael S. Timmons ,Howard D. Timmons, and grandson Samuel L. McIntyre Jr.
Donna worked in accounting and insurance for many years. In her free time, she liked bowling and spending time with her grandchildren. She attended First Church of the Nazarene and was a faithful member for many years. She also enjoyed singing in the choir.
Donna was survived by her sons, Ashley Christopher McIntyre and fiance Kaitlin Whitesell of Rock Hill, SC, Samuel L. McIntyre and his wife, Elizabeth, of Rock Hill ,SC. Her daughters, Marlene Hood, and husband Dennis of Waxhaw, NC, Crystal Titchenal and husband Shane of Rock Hill, SC, Samantha Hart and husband Philip of Rock Hill, SC. Seven grandchildren, Amanda, Alex, Justin, Alivia, Avery, Kailee, and Kristen. Three great-grandchildren, C.J.,Eli, and Allie.
Visitation will be from 12- 1 with service immediately following at the First Church of Nazarene.
Pallbearers:
Billy Thomas, Dennis Thomas, Pete Hood, Philip Hart, Shane Titchenal, and Thadd Bridges.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be sent to Rock Hill Grove Senior Living,1830 West Main Street, Rock Hill, SC 29730.
