Donna Marie Waddington, age 75, of Jenkintown, PA, passed away suddenly on Friday, March 13, 2026, at her residence. Born in Philadelphia on December 24, 1950, she was the cherished daughter of the late Edna (Baker) and Thaddeus Nawrocki.
Donna was the beloved wife of Dennis P. Waddington, who predeceased her in 2011. After completing her Associate’s degree, she earned her certification as a Radiology Technician. She devoted her professional life to this field, serving with dedication and care. Donna had a great love for gardening and an even greater love for her dogs.
Donna is survived by her two sons, Patrick and Bryan, and Bryan’s fiancée Henny. She is also survived by siblings Marie Bliss, JoAnn (Ed) Skotnicki, Denice (Dave) Batstone, and Ted (Dona) Nawrocki II. Her sister Debra predeceased her. Donna will also be remembered by nieces and nephews Jim, Tom, Stuart, Sarah, Suzanne, Tom C, Trisha, Tracy, Shaina, Matthew and Andrew, as well as many great nieces and great nephews, cousins, family and friends who held her in great affection.
Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Joseph J. McGoldrick Funeral Home, located at 507 West Avenue in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania. The viewing will be held on Monday, March 23, 2026, from 6 PM to 8 PM, and again on Tuesday, March 24, from 9 AM to 10 AM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, March 24, at Immaculate Conception BVM Church in Jenkintown. Following mass, Donna will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery in Bensalem, PA.
Donna Marie Waddington’s sudden passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Her life was marked by professional dedication and deep familial bonds.
