Joseph J. McGoldrick Funeral Home - JenkintownBlake W. Cooper, born in Abington, Pennsylvania in 1961, passed away suddenly on March 13, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, dedication, and deep love for his family.
Blake was the beloved husband of Traci (née Hall) and a proud and devoted father to his sons, Derek (wife Danielle Hamilton Cooper) and TJ. He found immense joy in being “Poppop” to his grandson, Dawson, a role he cherished deeply. Along with many nieces and nephews, brother in-laws and sister in-laws!
He is also survived by his loving mother, Loretta Ann (née Ripley); his father, Stephen Joseph Cooper III; and his sister, Alice Edmondson (née Cooper). He was predeceased by his brother, Stephen Cooper, and his sister, Kim Blankenship (nee Cooper).
A skilled and dedicated professional, Blake was a third-generation mechanic who took great pride in his craft. As the owner and founder of Tec One Foreign Motors, he built a reputation for honesty, expertise, and hard work that earned him the respect of all who knew him.
Outside of his work, Blake had a passion for all things water-related. Whether fishing or spending time on his boat, he felt most at peace by the water. Some of his fondest memories were made during his younger years in Wildwood, a place that always held a special place in his heart.
Blake will be remembered for his strength, his dedication to his family, and his unwavering generosity. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on April 4, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a service at 11:00 AM, both held at Joseph J. McGoldrick Funeral Home, 507 West Avenue, Jenkintown, PA 19046.
