Donnie Douglas Taulbee

Funeral services for Donnie Douglas Taulbee, 75, will be 1:00pm Monday, August 11, 2025, at LeCompte Johnson Taylor. Visitation will be from 11:00am until the time of service on Monday, August 11, 2025. Donnie passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2025. He was born on April 4, 1950, in Franklin County to the late Denzil Taulbee and Mary Bush Taulbee Fitzgerald. Donnie was a member of Bridgeport Christian Church. He was a 1969 graduate of Franklin Co. High School. He served in the United States Air Force from 1970 – 1974. Donnie also had his Real Estate License and his auctioneers license. He worked at GE until it closed and retired from Winchester Farms Dairy in Winchester. Donnie loved drag racing in his early years. He also enjoyed fishing and hunting. Donnie is survived by his wife of 54 years, Mary Harrod Taulbee; daughter, Amy Monroe (Bryan); three grandchildren, Jonathan Dean (Paige), Michael Dean, Joshua Dean (Alexis); three great grandchildren, Braxtyn, Layne, and Harper; sister, Norma Green; brother, Charles Taulbee, nephews, Dale Taulbee, Greg Green; and several cousins.
